Breathe in again and as you breathe out, take one step back into a lunge using your right leg. The left Knee should be bent about 90 degrees over ankle; while the right leg extends on the ball of the foot.


Place your arms at sides while standing with your feet together. Now place the sole of your left foot on the inside of the right thigh. Bend your knee to the side. Touch the palms in front of chest for 2 breaths. While you breathe out on the third time, spread your arms up while fingertips are spread towards the ceiling. Breathe out, and bend torso to left. Breathe in and straighten.


Rocking Boat

While sitting with knees bent, place your hands on the thighs, feet on the floor. Now lean back about 45 degrees. Ensure torso is straight with the head in line with the body. Raise your feet to make sure that the calves are parallel to floor and toes are pointed. As you breathe in, extend arms and legs while legs are together. Breathe out and lower torso and legs 3-4 inches so that your body forms a wider V-Shape. Breathe out and ensure your Torso and legs are raised.



While your toes and arms are in the push-up position, ensure your hands are below the shoulders and in line with the body from head to heels. As you breathe out, lower your chest towards the floor, bending your elbows back. Place your arms close to the body while abs are tight. Now raise few inches above the floor.


The chair works out is an effective way to lose weight. While placing your arms at side, stand with your feet together and toes forward. Take a deep breath and raise your arms over your head. Ensure your palms are facing each other. Breathe out and assume a 45 degrees position. Your knees should be behind the toes and abs tight to provide support to your back. Now gaze forward.
