Trikonasana (The Triangle pose)

One can practice this yoga assans , stand straight with your feets wide apart and hands parallel to the ground. Bend on your left side and try to touch your left foot with your left hand. Hold this position for 10-20 seconds and repeat the same on the other side.

Practicing this asana helps in improving the digestion and cuts off the extra fat from the belly. This helps in building muscles.

Virbhadrasana (The Warrior II pose)

Virabhadrasana, which is also known as warrior pose is a yoga assans which not just help you to lose weight but also helps you to build your core strength.This pose helps to tone your muscles. This pose is extremely helpful for your abdominal area and helps you lose that extra belly fat.

How to do it

Start by doing Virabhadrasana I.slowly extend your leg so that it’s straight. Ensure that your isn’t bending, place the heel of the behind leg on the ground. Balancing your body, staying in this position, try and twist the upper half so that you face sideways. Hands should be raised on either side. Stay in this position for at least 5 breaths and then repeat on the other side. With every deep breath, your focus starts to improve and blood flow in the respiratory tract increases. Make sure that the bodyweight is distributed evenly on all sides. Your palms should also be facing downward, and not upward

Upwards Dog

To practice this pose, lie down your stomach with your hands extending towards palms facing down. keep your hands right below your shoulders, lift your upper body and look up. Your lower abdomen and thighs should be on the floor. It is a Powerful yoga pose which not helps you with your flexibility but also strengthens your abdomen.

Chair pose

For practicing this pose stand straight facing the wall with your feets joined and arms going in the upward direction. Slightly bend your with your hand going upwards and gently stretch your body. Bend your knees just like you when you do a squat only difference is that your hand goes upwards. No stay in this pose for 10-15 seconds while slowly breathing.

Boat pose

Laydown straight on your back with your hands lying down straight. Now slowly lift your upper body and your legs forming a paper boat shape and keeping your hands parallel to your body. Then hold this pose for 10-15 seconds. This pose helps you to get rid of your extra belly fat, thigh fat and arm fat. This pose works for your whole body by making it quite flexible.
