CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

SPINNING – Get ready to sweat it!  Enjoy the ride to music and burn calories.  Remember it’s always at your own pace!

SCULPT– Weight training class that will shape your body from head to toe.  Great class to increase your metabolism. TBC– Total Body Conditioning

ZUMBA IN THE CIRCUIT/ZUMBA/ZUMBA STEP – Latin fitness dance class that is fun and energizing.  In the circuit is with weights.  Zumba Step includes the Step platform.

Strong Nation- This program was written by Zumba so you know the music is pumping.  It is a synchronized workout to the music.  This class will take your fitness routine to the next level!

KICKBOX/KICK INTERVAL– Punch, crunch and kick way into shape!  .Kick Interval has weights included in between cardio sessions.

YOGA – Great way to incorporate cardio, strength and flexibility all in one, not to mention the stress release that’s included.  

PILATES/ABS AND BACK– Elongation can lead to functional movement along with creating a long and lean body.  Focus is on the core.

BOOT CAMP– Jump, squat, shoot, run, crunch and pump.  Always a combination of cardio, weights and ab work, always different and a challenge!

STEP AND STRENGTH– Step aerobics with weights

TAI CHI- An ancient Chinese discipline of meditative movements practiced as a system of exercises. YoChi- Blended with yoga

BARROGA– Class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and light weight training using your own bodyweight as resistance while challenging the core, stability and balance.  Helps to reinforce strength and muscle tone. BARRE BRAWL-INTERVALS OF KICKBOXING AND BARRe

BollyX-Bollywood inspired Dance Fitness program.  High Caloric burn!

R.I.P.P.E.D- Resistance, intervals, power, plyometrics and endurance

RUMBLE- Carrdio Punches, kicks and sticks!
