In accordance with New York State guidelines we have implemented new protocols and have made some health and safety updates and wanted to share this with you – and how we have ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN CONSCIENTIOUS!

NEW SAFETY PRECAUTIONS – All staff and students are required to wear face masks as you enter the studio and throughout the studio experience. Hand sanitizers are at our entrance and throughout the studio. Classes are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. You must pre-register online. We will not be accepting walk-ins at this time. Studio capacity is limited to 33% and specifically 15 students maximum per class for our studio. Yoga mats are placed 6 feet apart and are designated by a sticker to ensure proper social distancing. The studio and yoga room are cleaned and disinfected in between each class. Bathrooms, door handles, light switches and other public areas are disinfected throughout the day. Health screenings are conducted on all staff and students upon entering.
NEW STUDIO PROTOCOLS – All students must bring their own yoga mats, towels and water – there will be no mat and towel rentals. If needed these will be for sale at the studio and must be paid for by credit card. We have re-opened with updated hours and revised classes. We have staggered our classes and re-organized check-in so that we can minimize contact between each student and allow for 6 feet social distance. We have temporarily updated our PRICING until we return to normal occupancy. We are no longer taking walk-ins to ensure our waiting area is safe and social distancing guidelines are followed. Pranayama and Kapalbhati breathing is done through the nose and with the mouth closed. There will be no shower facilities available at this time. Be courteous to your classmates and EARLY CANCEL so that the WAITLIST student can take your place. Un-cancelled classes will not be refunded.
OUR COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
Heating System – Our heating system has U.V. lights embedded in the system to cleanse the air scrambling cells and killing bacteria, viruses and all contaminants in the air.
ERV – Our ERV is an air quality system that ventilates, flushes and removes stale air in the yoga room entirely as it measures and monitors the carbon dioxide levels, replacing the air with fresh oxygenated air.
Plasma Air – Much like sunlight does in the atmosphere, Plasma Air technology produces a natural bio-climate rich in positive and negative oxygen ions. The negative ions contain an extra electron while the positive ions are missing an electron resulting in an unstable condition. In an effort to restabilize, these bipolar ions seek out atoms and molecules in the air to trade electrons with, effectively neutralizing particulate matter, bacteria and virus cells, odorous gases and aerosols, and VOCs.
Antimicrobial Carpeting – Our Flotex carpet is hospital-grade and anti-microbial. It is proven to inhibit the growth of infections such as MRSA, Norovirus, and C-Difficile, helping to contribute to a healthier and hygenic environment.
Health and Safety Protocols – We have implemented an entrance health questionnaire, temperature check and disinfecting stations which are located throughout studio.
Cleaning Staff – Our cleaning staff is focused on antibacterial cleaning and sanitization throughout the studio.

Bikram Yoga is a series of twenty-six Hatha Yoga postures and two Pranayama breathing techniques designed to work every muscle, tendon, ligament, joint and internal organs. The result is a challenging, invigorating, rejuvenating and effective yoga experience that will give you an incredible sense of well-being. The classes are offered in the traditional 90 minutes and the abbreviated 60 minute sessions. As a first-time student we recommend attending the 90 minute classes.
Power Vinyasa Flow
Power Vinyasa Flow contains Pranayama with music and a variety of poses that range from a novice to an intermediate level. This is a middle ground between Bikram heated classes and non-heated yoga. It is called flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together linking breath with movement. It is a broad classification that encompasses many different types of classes including Ashtanga and Power Yoga. Flow classes string together to make a sequence.
The Primary Series is the foundational practice of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Focusing on the Half Primary Series this teacher led class is the same set of postures in the same order during each class and is suitable for all levels. This is a slightly-heated class.
Classes run seven days a week with sessions from the studio’s Bikram Yoga Certified instructors. The studio encompasses 3,400 square foot equipped with high-tech ionic air cleaning system to kill bacteria and monitors that track carbon dioxide and oxygen levels pumping in oxygen if the levels get too low. The paint contains no volatile oxygen compounds and its yoga room floor is covered with antibacterial fabric which absorbs sweat, feels good and looks like wood. There are two beautiful locker rooms and two private rooms offering private yoga and wellness services.
