How to practice Bharadvajasana I
You can begin practicing the Staff pose by sitting with both legs extended and elongated through your spine. The next step is to inhale and lengthen from your tailbone up through the crown of your head.
You can start to twist the torso to your left on the exhalation. In another step, you hook the back of your right hand around the left knee front. The last step is to inhale lengthening again, and on the exhale, you walk the left fingertips behind your back and then around to the right. You wrap your left arm around your back and grasp the right bicep.
